After several years of quiet work, we’re finally able to share something we’ve been waiting to say for a long time: it’s officially ours.
For years, this building sat empty on 26th Street, waiting for a new purpose. Soon, it will become a destination where art, culture, creativity, and community converge — built by the people who continue to define La Villita.
Te-Qu is more than just a store. It’s a space that brings people together, highlights local artists, and creates meaningful experiences for the neighborhood. We still have plenty of work ahead, as we continue building something that truly reflects Little Village and evolves with our community. This is just the beginning, and we’re grateful to everyone who has believed in this vision from the start.

Después de varios años de trabajo silencioso, finalmente podemos compartir algo que hemos esperado decir por mucho tiempo: ¡ya es nuestro!
Por años, este edificio permaneció vacío en la calle 26, esperando un nuevo propósito. Pronto se convertirá en un destino donde el arte, la cultura, la creatividad y la comunidad convergen — construido por quienes siguen definiendo La Villita.
Te-Qu es más que una tienda. Es un espacio que une a la comunidad, resalta a los artistas locales y crea experiencias significativas para el vecindario. Todavía hay mucho trabajo por delante, mientras seguimos construyendo algo que refleje verdaderamente a La Villita y evolucione junto a nuestra comunidad.
