This event takes place concurrently with the Carrera por la Paz (Race for Peace) is an annual 5k run/walk in La Villita Park organized by the Little Village Rotary Club to promote anti-violence and peace. It serves as a fundraiser for local youth programming, community-driven initiatives, and job training. The event, featuring competitive and non-competitive options, attracts runners of all ages to La Villita Park to foster unity.
