• Illinois State ID/Driver’s License
• Work Permit Card (DACA card)
• Social Security Number
• Passport (can be expired, if any)
• Birth Certificate
• Most recent DACA approval letter from USCIS
• Prior DACA Application (very important)
• Advance Parole (if applicable)
• 1040 Tax form (2025)
• $50 Processing Fee (card only)

Payment Information:

• $605 (to U.S. Department of Homeland Security)
  • This is a single, combined payment covering both the application fee and the biometric services fee.
• No personal checks accepted.
• Additionally, under updated procedures, USCIS no longer accepts money orders as a form of payment. Participants will instead need to provide either a credit card or a bank account number for the payment. Tax Forms for Financial Assistance

• Please bring your 2024 or 2025 income tax return if you have already filed 2025.

Important DACA Information: Please make sure to bring your credit card or bank account details, along with your routing number, to fill out the new immigration forms for processing the payment to USCIS. This information is necessary for completing your payment.
