Every September, hundreds of thousands of neighbors, families, and visitors line 26th Street to celebrate the Desfile Anual del Día de la Independencia de México en la calle 26 — one of the largest parades in the Midwest. In 2026, we're celebrating "United We Ride, Stronger Than Ever," and we're inviting businesses, organizations, and community partners to march with us.
