Recipients can receive up to $10,000 in scholarship funds to a four-year university, community or technical college, an accredited trade school, pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship program, in the United States.

- Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
- Preference for students with professional career goals including real estate, environmental sustainability, business, construction management, manufacturing, engineering, information technology, transportation, distribution, and logistics
