Llegu\u00e9 a Estados Unidos por primera vez en 1977, a los 17 a\u00f1os. Desde entonces, trabaj\u00e9 como carnicero en supermercados y ocasionalmente regresaba a M\u00e9xico para intentar establecerme all\u00ed. Sin embargo, nunca lo consegu\u00ed, as\u00ed que en 2003 decid\u00ed venir a vivir con mi familia y empezar una nueva vida aqu\u00ed, trabajando nuevamente como carnicero durante diez a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta enero de 2013, se me present\u00f3 la oportunidad de mi vida: tener mi propio negocio, un restaurante. El propietario anterior era Ra\u00fal Pedroza, quien ten\u00eda un restaurante llamado \"El Pollo Ranchero\". Como ya hab\u00eda logrado sus objetivos, decidi\u00f3 venderlo, y esa fue la oportunidad perfecta para que yo comenzara mi propio proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Un d\u00eda, pasando por la calle 26 Oeste, n\u00famero 4147, vi que el restaurante estaba en venta. Sin dudarlo, y con la esperanza de cambiar y mejorar mi vida, habl\u00e9 con Ra\u00fal y concretamos la compra. As\u00ed naci\u00f3 Pollo Bravo. Desde 2013, mi familia y yo hemos trabajado en el restaurante para salir adelante. Hemos enfrentado muchos desaf\u00edos, como la pandemia de 2020, pero los hemos superado. Actualmente, mi restaurante est\u00e1 ubicado en <strong>4105 W 26th St.<\/strong>Desde 2022, tras a\u00f1os de trabajo para conseguir un local propio para mi restaurante, hemos enfrentado diversas dificultades.
